Job Summary:
The data analyst will join a highly collaborative data science team in designing and implementation machine learning. The data science analyst will utilize SQL and Python to develop machine learning models against our service management data that target service reliability and availability and reduce patient impact. The data analyst is expected to actively participate with the agile team in the implementation of the AIOps roadmap in collaboration with Severe Incident Management, CMDB, and Anomaly Detection teams.

Responsibilities:
Act as liaison between Data Science Practice team and EOCC service owners. This role will include modelling data, tableau development, identifying and developing machine learning models.
Provides advanced professional input to complex Infrastructure assignments/projects.
Assists in the development of logical data base designs, data models and relational data base definitions across multiple computing environments (e.g., host based, distributed systems, client server).
Assists in the identification and analysis of information flows and interfaces between corporate business processes and in transforming the information into logical data bases and relational data base definitions.
Participates in the analysis and resolution of issues related to information flow and content with clients and IT management and staff.
Assists in data modeling studies and the development of detailed data models through consultation with clients and staff.
Utilizing independent judgment and discretion, monitors data architecture standards and conventions and provides data model and entity relationship diagrams as required.
Participates in the development of a corporate data architecture. Supports and provides direction to more junior professionals.
Works autonomously, only requiring “expert” level technical support from others. Exercises judgment in the evaluation, selection, and adaptation of both standard and complex techniques and procedures.
Utilizes in-depth professional knowledge and acumen to develop models and procedures, and monitor trends, within Data Modeling.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Analytics or similar; Work experience equivalent
1+ year experience in SQL
Familiarity and experience in Python or similar tools
Prior experience in Data Modeling

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of $68,200 - $113,600, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
