This position is primarily responsible for owning the integrity, consistency and accuracy of data in various systems.

  • Review, validate, and execute incoming master data requests in multi-system environment
  • Communicate and liaise with business units and departments to thoroughly understand business requirements and impact of master data additions and changes
  • Work cross-functionally with various departments in troubleshooting and resolving any issues related to master data
  • Identify and correct anomalies in master data via the use of audit reports
  • Prioritize, execute, follow up, and track data collection and validation
  • Understand the impacts of master data on business performance
  • Business Degree or equivalent experience
  • Business experience. - 2+ years
  • Experience in using Excel, Microsoft Word, Access, and other Microsoft tools. – 1 year
  • Experience maintaining confidential data. - Less than 1 year
  • Extremely Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
  • Self-starter with ability to prioritize workload
  • Strong interpersonal communication and relational skills
  • Self-directed and organized; strong project management skills, detail-oriented
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong organization skills
Physical Requirments:
  • Must be able to sit for long periods of time.
  • Must be able to perform repetitive motion tasks.
