Our Internship Program:

Take-Two`s Summer Internship Program is designed to provide students with an opportunity to gain substantive, first-hand business insight over the course of a three-month paid internship. Interns will gain hands-on exposure in the area(s) of their desired interests as well as participate in team-based summer-long projects. Our internships are created with the intent that students walk away with meaningful learning experiences that enhance both their personal and professional development goals. T2`s Internship Program also serves as a gateway to building a talent pool of rising stars for permanent roles.

The Challenge:

The People Analytics & Reporting Intern will help drive operational efficiencies by assisting, leading, and developing analytical related product(s) by leveraging people data to the highest degree possible. Projects will range across all aspects of data from engineering, reporting, visualization development, and/or advance analytical or data science approaches. You will be working closely with the newly established People Analytics group and have the opportunity to make impact on improving organization culture, identifying unique insights for leadership, and expanding the overall employee experience through data here at T2 & beyond.

What You`ll Take On:

This person will have the chance to attack data and drive operational insights & efficiencies. Take aspects of analytics reporting to the next level and work closely with experience workers on people analytics related products such as reports/dashboards/apps/algorithms. They will have the chance to not only learn but also bring creative approaches from their background. Most importantly this person will not just be tasked with something boring….but will have fun, be creative, and gain excellent experience in the video game industry.

What You Bring:

This role will be right for someone with a high interest and background in technical approaches to data. Comfortable working with many different types of data and can turn something raw into something great.

Want to sharpen your excel skills? This is great! Curious how to scrape and/or bring in many types of data sources together? Superb! Want to paint a story with a visual dashboard? Most excellent! Curious to leverage that Python/R course you just took to build something amazing? Brilliant!

Desired Education Level: Senior or Jr level Undergrad+ in Stats/Math/Analytics/IT/Org Psych.

Work Location: Per RTO policy, our internship program will operate on a hybrid basis. Open to fully remote.
