The Semel Institute for Neuroscience and Human Behavior is seeking to hire a full-time Senior Administrative Analyst to join the Department of Psychiatry and Neuropsychiatric and Behavioral Sciences (NPBHS) Practice Plan. You will perform administrative, analytical, clerical, and financial reporting as well as assist the Principal Administrative Analyst and the Senior Clinical Director/Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) with projects, data analyses, and reporting. Primary duties include:

• Conducting heavy data analysis using excel and Tableau
• Collaborating with other departments such as Resnick Neuropsychiatric Hospital, Faculty Practice Group, Semel Finance, Patient Business Services, etc.
• Oversee operational needs for the NPBHS Practice Plan and 300 Medical Plaza
• Manage competing deadlines
• Other administrative duties assigned such as calendar management and minute taking
