W ork Schedule : 100% FTE, 40 hours per week. Shifts scheduled Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. No weekends or holidays. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. This position has the option to be remote for individuals living in Wisconsin or Illinois.

The Wisconsin Collaborative for Healthcare Quality is seeking a Data Analyst to:

• Ensure successful delivery to support strategic planning initiatives, improve organizational performance and advance progress towards goals.
• Collaborate with colleagues to drive continuous improvement within the Measurement Team.
• Leverage knowledge and skill with a variety of tools (e.g. SQL, R, Python), analytic techniques and platforms and analyze large quantities of data from multiple sources.
  

Education :

Minimum –Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Health Care Administration, Public Health, Industrial Engineering, Computer Sciences or related field

Preferred – Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Health Care Administration, Public Health, Industrial Engineering, Computer Sciences or related field

Work Experience :

Preferred – Three (3) years of data or analytics experience. Experience in healthcare provider or payer strongly preferred
