This position will report directly to the Associate Director of Design & Enablement within the Procurement organization. The Associate will be expected to operate and excel in Data Science, Performance Engineering and Project Management-related roles, as well as lead, manage and mentor junior-level associates across these functions.

As a Data Scientist, the Associate will be responsible for all stages of Data Science Lifecycle: actively working with stakeholders across different teams on defining data-driven problem statements, data acquisition and understanding, data models development, data visualization & deployment of solutions (e.g. reports, KPIs).

Performance Engineering will often focus on process improvement, wherein the Associate will be focused on data-driven generation & execution of system/process improvement ideas, mapping existing systems/processes and setting up new ones. They will also directly participate in designing and architecting a systems/processes landscape that enables Supply Chain.

Project Management scope includes analyzing and defining a frame for ambiguous problem statements, drafting a project charter, planning, initiating and overseeing execution of all elements of the project.

Education/Skill:
