o Troubleshoot data-related problems from Cases
o Chat Support for Internal Supported Teams
o Assist senior team members with case work follow up
Possible Future Responsibilities
o Find and curate cases for queue work
o Work non-time sensitive queue cases
o Queue coordination and organization
Note to Contracting Companies: This role is to add supplemental coverage to help during a large multi year project that will impact our team. It will be reconsidered yearly for hire re-up but should last a few years in duration.

o Proficient problem-solving skills
o Excellent written and virtual communication and collaboration skills
o Remote or On Site?Depends on start date but if starting after the Burlington VT office reopen then will need to be on site for training/on-boarding then remote work discussion can be had; and requirements to come on site sometimes for team gatherings, extended training or collaboration work.
