Role Overview:

The Sr. Data Analyst will be working in the Customer Success Group (CSG) business unit and will be reporting directly to the Director of Business Intelligence (BI). The CSG BI Team provides and supports operational reporting for various Consumer Support stakeholders. The main focus of this opportunity will be supporting operational reporting for the Consumer Support organization.

About the Role :

As the lead senior data analyst, you will be responsible for providing Consumer Support stakeholders with the following:

  • Accurate and timely month end reporting of global technical support call centers and digital platform metrics.
  • Monitor the customer experience by providing trend analytics that correlate customer journey insights.
  • Analyze data covering a wide range of information from customer profile to customer churn, to product profitability.
  • Use statistical modeling/techniques including regression analysis to forecast assisted & digital volumes.
  • Create self-service reporting with clear visualizations by leveraging the Power BI reporting tool.
  • Assist in the completion of new and existing projects that transform large datasets into insightful dashboards.
  • Perform data quality and UAT (user acceptance testing).
  • Support and fulfill ad hoc reporting requests by managing the ‘intake’ process.
  • Identify improvements in analytics, reporting, tools, and data; implement and track satisfaction with customers.
  • Assist with ongoing enhancements to the BI Team’s Data Governance strategy.

About You

  • 10 years of experience in supporting insourced/outsourced technical support call center delivery reporting.
  • Working knowledge and deep understanding of call center operations and metrics reporting.
  • Managing large, global complex projects, achieving results in an ambiguous work environment.
  • Experience in analyzing data and data visualization trend analytics is required.
  • Excellent problem solving, quantitative, and analytical abilities with a high degree of attention to detail
  • Proven ability to turn the complex into the simple, to cut through and focus on what really matters.
  • Excellent presentation, communication/influencing skills, and overall business insight
  • Decisive, yet collaborative and inclusive.
  • Technical skills in using Advanced Excel, Microsoft 365 & Power BI, SQL Server.
